Adolescent Therapy

One of the hardest parts of being a parent is seeing your child struggle and not knowing how to support them. Adolescence in particular is a transitory period of intense physical, social, and emotional change—therapy can be a consistent, calming, and non-judgmental space for children who may not want to talk to their parents about everything, but don’t know how to process these significant changes on their own. I help adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body image, sexuality and gender identity, and life transitions. We will work together to build all the skills your child needs to become a secure, confident, and empowered person who feels ready to face all that life has to offer.

Adult Therapy

I provide individuals with a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore emotions and personal experiences. In our work together, we’ll develop individualized tools and coping skills to handle daily life stressors, maintain and form positive relationships, and engage in your community. I will support you in challenging the thoughts and beliefs that aren’t serving you anymore and creating more space for kindness and change within yourself. Together, we’ll address the disconnect between the life you are living now and the life you envision for yourself.

Some issues addressed in individual therapy include:
-Anxiety, stress reduction, depression
-Career stress and life transitions
-Self-esteem and body image
-Relationship and interpersonal issues
-Sexuality and gender identity
